Millwala Dredging Co Pvt. Ltd. is established since 1985 and also operated in joint venture as CHEC Millwala Dredging Company Pvt Ltd. The company is a member of Pakistan Engineering Council and has successfully undertaken large works of capital and maintenance dredging for Pakistan Navy and Port Qasim Authority for many years. The company has also executed several Large contractual works of dredging and reclamation for Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi. With economic opportunities in Pakistan, the company has extended activities in dredging and reclamation works, to include dredging and maintenance works of inland waterways and transport systems and also dredging and maintenance of water canal systems and river tributaries. The company has also executed works of sea wall construction. The company is also engaged in studies for creation of  water reserviours for storage of rain water to alleviate growing paucity of fresh water supplies to towns and cities.

The Company Authorized and Paidup Capital is Rs. 50 million and enjoys bonding capacity from its bankers which are offered by the company to its clients in the shape of Bid bonds, performance bonds,  mobilisation and financial project advance bonds.
